James Tiger Logistics
Obtaining a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is an essential step toward a successful trucking career. The process combines classroom instruction with hands-on driving experience, equipping drivers with the knowledge and skills needed to operate safely and efficiently.
As a private consultant, I provide business-to-business CDL training focused on developing safe driving habits, vehicle maintenance awareness, and full road readiness for every driver.

Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT)
FMCSA’s Entry Level Driver Training (ELDT) regulations set the baseline for training requirements for entry-level drivers. This applies to those with a facility who are looking for their employees to:
-
Obtain a Class A or Class B CDL for the first time;
-
Upgrade an existing Class B CDL to a Class A CDL; or
-
Obtain a school bus (S), passenger (P), or hazardous materials (H) endorsement for the first time.

About Me
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice, with over 34 years of professional driving experience. My background includes several years as a commercial driver trainer and, more recently, serving as a Third-Party Examiner (TPE) for the State of Pennsylvania.
I also spent three years in Eastern Europe, where I taught English as a Second Language (ESL) through the Peace Corps and at a private international school. My career reflects a deep passion for working with people and a strong commitment to helping others achieve their personal and professional goals.
